Last Wednesday, June 28th, it took place in Madrid (Spain) an event to talk about how the learning technologies and e-assessments can help to develop human resources in corporations.
Digitalization, customization, automation and globalization will be the key for a future human development.
More than 60 learning leaders from universities and corporations discussed about the technology impact in the learning.
Anna Guerrero, Project Coordinator from TeSLA, (UOC), talks together with other experts from Universidad de Alcalá, KPMG or UNIR university about how the change in our society is demanding to educational institutions new ways of learning using custom and automated methodologies based on a flexible technology from the student point of view, according with the current teaching and learning needs.
