Hugo Prinzhorn is currently the principal developer for proctored examinations at LPLUS, where he is employed since 2007 as software developer.
He has a Bolivian Degree as a telecom engineer and a German diploma in informatics sciences as well as the special certificate “Digital media in the pedagogical context” from the University of Bremen.
Within the TeSLA project he is the main responsible programmer for the interfaces and the web application.
