M. Recep OKUR is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Distance Education and works as Vice-Dean at the College of Open Education of Anadolu University. He received a B.S. degree in Computer Education & Instructional Technology Department at Anadolu University (2002). He earned his M.S. degree at the Computer Engineering Department in Informatics at Anadolu University (2006).
He received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Distance Education at the Graduate School of Social Sciences (2012). He has fourteen years of experience in focusing on eLearning material design, content production, learning management systems and support systems.
